New implants are way better than they used to be, yet nothing compares to your natural teeth. Extraction and implants should be our plan C right after dental resin and root canals. In just an hour you can recover from years of damage.

A root canal is a dental procedure to save a severely decayed or infected tooth. After administering local anesthesia, a dentist accesses the tooth's pulp chamber, removes the damaged pulp, and thoroughly cleans and shapes the root canals. These canals are then filled with a sealing material, and a temporary filling is placed. To protect the restored tooth, a permanent crown is usually added in a subsequent visit.
